Dutch politicians so far did not stand up to the facts mentioned in this petition. It is highly necessary that also The Netherlands hold China accountable. Holding China accountable might be the only way to eventually safeguard China will comport differently the next time. The wellbeing and safety of humankind was not taken into account by China at all this time. —

🇳🇱 “Tot op 31 mei 2020 zijn er een #GrootAantalMensenOverledenAanHetCOVID19coronavirus: 5.956 doden in Nederland, 371.747 doden wereldwijd. Voorts heeft de uitbraak van het coronavirus #EnormeFinanciëleSchade aangericht in de vorm van #inkomstenderving, #banenverlies, #faillissement of anderszins.

De #ChineseCommunistischePartij (CCP) die ondanks de economische versoepeling nog steeds met ijzeren hand in #China regeert en elke oppositie tegen haar regime de kop in drukt of elimineert, heeft informatie over het virus onderdrukt en heeft willens en wetens #MisleidendeInformatieVerspreid waardoor de wereld slechter voorbereid was dan nodig. De CCP is derhalve rechtstreeks aansprakelijk voor deze pandemie.

Wij, de #NederlandseBurgers constateren

● dat de CCP willens en wetens essentiële informatie heeft achtergehouden over het COVID-19 coronavirus door, onder meer, gedurende ten minste zeven (kritieke) weken ten overstaan van de wereld te ontkennen dat het virus overgedragen kan worden van mens tot mens.

● dat onderzoek van de #UniversityOfSouthampton heeft uitgewezen dat de verspreiding van het #COVID19 #coronavirus met 66% tot 95% had kunnen worden beperkt indien de CCP tijdig de acties had ondernomen die redelijkerwijs van hen verwacht mochten worden.

● dat uit gelekte interne overheidsdocumenten blijkt dat de CCP al in een vroegtijdig stadium op de hoogte was van het gevaar van het virus.

● dat de CCP bepaalde Chinese klokkenluiders zoals dokter #LiWenliang die waarschuwden voor het virus in december 2019, heeft onderdrukt en vervolgd.

● dat de CCP het bewijs dat betrekking heeft op de herkomst van het virus heeft verwijderd en vernietigd.

● dat de CCP in de periode van begin december 2019 tot 20 januari 2020 heeft toegestaan dat vijf miljoen mensen, die potentieel besmet waren met het virus, in en uit #Wuhan zijn gereisd.

● dat de CCP desalniettemin het reizen naar het buitenland niet heeft verhinderd waardoor het virus zich wereldwijd heeft verspreid en zich ontwikkeld heeft tot een pandemie.

● dat de CCP haar #InternationaleRechtsplicht om tijdige en correcte informatie te verschaffen aan de internationale gemeenschap heeft geschonden.

● dat de CCP door middel van intimidatie en chantage tracht om de internationale gemeenschap het zwijgen op te leggen.

Wij verzoeken

de TweedeKamer een resolutie aan te nemen waarin het de Chinese Communistische Partij (CCP) veroordeelt voor haar rol in de aanpak en de bestrijding en inperking van het COVID-19 coronavirus.

Tevens verzoeken wij de #NederlandseRegering om de CCP aansprakelijk te stellen voor de schade die het Nederlandse volk heeft geleden ten gevolge van de uitbraak. Ook verzoeken wij de Nederlandse regering om van de CCP te eisen alle materiële en immateriële schade die is geleden in Nederland ten volste te vergoeden.”

” Until May 31, 2020, a large number of people died from the COVID-19 coronavirus: 5,956 deaths in the Netherlands, 371,747 deaths worldwide. Furthermore, the coronavirus outbreak has caused tremendous financial damage in the form of loss of income, job losses, bankruptcy or otherwise.

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP), which still rules with iron hand in China despite economic easing and crushes or eliminates any opposition to its regime, has suppressed information about the virus and knowingly disseminated misleading information that has made the world was worse prepared than necessary. The CCP is therefore directly liable for this pandemic.

We, the Dutch citizens note

● that the CCP knowingly withheld essential information about the COVID-19 coronavirus by, inter alia, denying for at least seven (critical) weeks to the world that the virus can be transmitted from human to human.

● that research from the University of Southampton has shown that the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus could have been reduced by 66% to 95% if the CCP had taken timely actions that could reasonably be expected of them.

● that leaked internal government documents show that the CCP was aware of the virus’s threat at an early stage.

● that the CCP suppressed and prosecuted certain Chinese whistleblowers, such as Doctor Li Wenliang, who warned about the virus in December 2019.

• that the CCP has removed and destroyed evidence that relates to the origin of the virus.

● that from early December 2019 to January 20, 2020, the CCP allowed five million people potentially infected with the virus to travel in and out of Wuhan.

● that the CCP has nevertheless not prevented travel abroad, as a result of which the virus has spread worldwide and has developed into a pandemic.

● that the CCP has breached its international legal obligation to provide timely and accurate information to the international community.

● that the CCP seeks to silence the international community through intimidation and blackmail.

We request

the House of Representatives to adopt a resolution condemning the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) for its role in tackling and combating COVID-19 coronavirus.

We also request the Dutch government to hold the CCP liable for the damage suffered by the Dutch people as a result of the outbreak. We also request the Dutch government to require the CCP to fully compensate all material and non-material damage suffered in the Netherlands.”
